1. It is judged that the load may be disconnected from the "buzzing" sound. After measuring the high-voltage rectifier circuit, there are two high-voltage rectifier silicon particles that have broken down. Using two silicon particles with a withstand voltage of 20KV to replace, they can be heat-sealed normally, that is, troubleshooting.
2. The high-frequency heat sealing machine is turned on and the power light is on. The heat sealing solenoid valve can be closed, but it cannot be heat closed. The high-voltage rectifier circuit is normal when the cover is opened, and the filter inductance is normal. The brightness of the tube filament is normal. The fault location is concentrated on the resistance-capacitance oscillation circuit. The grid resistance is normal when the power is cut off, and there is leakage in the two high-voltage oscillation capacitors, indicating that the oscillation conditions are damaged, the capacitors are broken down, and high-frequency electric fields cannot be generated. After replacing the withstand voltage capacitors, the high-frequency heat sealing machine is normal, that is, the fault is eliminated.
